CHEESES
The pure traditional cheeses of Kefalonia, are the White Cheese (Feta),
Traditional Salty Kefalotyri and the goods of Mizithra
OLIVE OIL
The Olive oils of region are characterized by intense aromatic character, smooth
flavour with sense of greasy and color with intense green tones.
LOCAL WINES
The Mainer variety in Kefalonia is the Kefalonian Robola, the crown of
the local varieties, it is classified by the experts between the three nobler
white varieties of Greek vineyard.

HONEY
In Kefalonia are mainly produced two goods of honey. Honeydew of fir and honey
of Thyme .
